 Letting loose your potty mouth in Middleborough, Mass., a small town of 20,000 people, will get you a $20.00 fine. This goes for whether you do it out doors, in your home or in your car. The people voted 183 to 50 in favor of the fine, which could raise questions about First Amemdment rights.
