LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 15.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 59.3 WEST. ISAAC IS
MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 21 MPH...33 KM/H...AND THIS GENERAL
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. ON THE
FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF ISAAC SHOULD MOVE THROUGH THE
LEEWARD ISLANDS THIS EVENING...PASS NEAR OR SOUTH OF THE VIRGIN
ISLANDS AND PUERTO RICO ON THURSDAY...AND APPROACH THE DOMINICAN
