New York is the first City to pass a rule banning super-sized sugary drinks at restaurants, concession stands and other eateries. The measure places a 16-ounce cap on bottled drinks and fountain beverages sold at city restaurants, movie theaters, sports venues and street carts. City health officials say the ban is necessary to combat a deadly obesity problem in this country. New Yorkers say the rule is gross government intrusion. It is not the governments job to regulate what we eat or drink, and the huge question now is, what's next?
