Want to lose weight? Don't use paper plates

When I first heard this I thought they were saying donâ€™t do â€śPilatesâ€ť. But duh I get it now. Donâ€™t know if I believe it but itâ€™s interesting and Iâ€™m willing to try anything when it comes to losing a few pounds. So the people say using real dinnerware makes you feel like youâ€™ve eaten a full meal and might help you snack less at other times.Â The study is from some smart people from Cornell thatâ€™s sayâ€™s people who ate from paper plates with plastic utensils tended to consider their food just a snack.Â Though paper plate people took in 116 fewer calories than the â€śreal plateâ€ť group did, the scientists said they were more likely to eat another meal later because our foodâ€™s environment influences how much we eat. ButÂ the big bonus wuth paper is not washing dishesâ€¦right. But then sometimes thatâ€™s the only workout I get.
