Oyster Fest

Cajun-Zydeco Fest

Louisiana’s best Cajun and zydeco performers, including Nathan & the Zydeco Cha Chas, the Lost Bayou Ramblers and more. Free event produced and presented by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation.

Picnic at the zoo before Frozen - the sing along version begins under the stars around 8:15pm! Plus you'll have a chance to visit Cool Zoo/Gator Run! For the low price of $10 per person (under 2 years of age free), movie goers can splash around in Cool Zoo, including Gator Run from 6pm to 8pm.

Creole Tomato Festival

June 13th - 14th
French Market
The festival features three music stages within a three block area. Kid's activities and lots of food options featuring the star of the weekend - the creole tomato.

St Tammany Crab Festival

Heritage Park, Slidell
Festival goers will enjoy Cowboy Mouth, Bag of Donuts, Rockin Dopsie & more. Classic car show, kid's activities and of course boiled crabs and various crab dishes as well as other good food.
