Saints Kickoff Run


Saturday, September 6th
Champions Square
The 5k the day before the Saints season opener at the Atlanta Falcons begins in Champions Square and ends with fans running through the Saints team tunnel onto the playing field at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, sprinting to a finish on the 50-yard line. There will also be an NFL ‘PLAY 60’ Fun Run for Kids. Proceeds will benefit NORDC (New Orleans Recreation Development Commission) and the Louisiana Children’s Museum.

Twenty-one years since his first studio album, and the success of "White Ladder" (seven million copies sold), Gray is back on tour supporting his 10th album "Mutineers." Tickets go on sale 8/1 at 10am.

Mahalia Jackson Theater
After winning American Idol, Phillip Philips had one of the biggest songs of the year on Magic 101.9 with "Home."  He was last in New Orleans on tour with John Mayer, but makes his headline tour debut at the Mahalia Jackson with all tickets on sale for $49.50.

Gretna Fest celebrates 20 years this year with headline performers like CeeLo Green, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Gregg Allman, Marc Broussard and many more.
