A new Superbowl tradition for the host city

Let's start a new Superbowl tradition tomorrow. That the host city gets a "Superbowl Holiday" the Friday before the game. Who's with me? Or maybe the day after??

I Loved the play Jersey Boys

Over the weekend got to see the Tony and Grammy award winning Broadway musical, "Jersey Boys," at the Mahalia Jackson Theater. It was fantastic. For those of you that don't' know it tells the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Gotta give credit to the cast, Brad Weinstock, Jason Kappus, Brandon Andrus and Colby Foytik, I could se it again the only thing I would like better is if it was a the Saenger. The Mahalia Jackson is fine and comfortable but does not have the atmopshere of the old Saenger. Jersey Boys runs thru January 27.
